Lance came from a commercial film and video production background where he served as Art Director and Production Designer for clients such as Disney, ESPN, ABC Sports, and the Discovery Channel. Since 1998 with Big Blue Dot, he has designed, managed, and/or directed many broadcast, print and packaging projects. Among them are spots for PBS Kids, Discovery Kids, as well as print and packaging projects for Gillette’s Oral B, Ocean Spray, USAA, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Chorion, USAA, and Nickelodeon GAS. He is a graduate of the Design Program at Northeastern University and holds a BA in Mass Communications from Emerson College. He lives in Roslindale with his executive producer wife Maria and daughter Anyi.
